He is, im not sure with the gender. But he is a Gay project manager in our workplace that is so stupid. He just passing work from one person to another without thinking. He just passing a message from the big boss to the workers without thinking if its good or bad for the company. He does not know what the responsibility of a project manager. For me he is not a project manager, he is a private messenger to the company!

But why in the world the big boss is so blind with him.

regarding your project manager, you boss will realize how bad he is. but I still think you should do as he says and make sure you only correspond with him by email so you have everything in writing, just in case.

you PM is what we call a brown nose (ass licker) unfortunately these people go far in their careers

sorry to hear that. but i am sure you will manage well, and yes, look for a new job if this one is not working well for you. one thing... you will always find a prick in every work place

i hate to admit that, once he was my friend. But when he became a project manager, he became like a snake. Our place was divided into two groups. One are the newbies and us are the great ones. heheh( just joking!). He became so bias that he focus on us to be eliminated because he aint achieving our respect to him. Why should we? He do nothing good with the company. He doesn't listen to us, rather he listen to the newbies. Until now, the newbies achieve done nothing, their work are garbage! But still, our PM and Big Boss salutes to them.. wuhahhaha!

your boss, in my opinion is an amateur. A good boss does not act that way.

that is 100% true. we'll I heard he went to a networking training to fix our server that he have broken. Our Big Boss supported him with that training, but with come to us they don't want us to attend some training for enhancement. At first that pm is saying that he is good being a network administrator but when our server crashed, he know nothing and saying that he will hunt who did that. For us, we don't even know what is the password of it! We don't even touch it! Our boss definitely agree with the stupid one that the employees are the one who did it!

For me, our server crashed because, it is updating then he actually press the reset button.
